We are committed to make your shopping experience with us an enjoyable experience. Kindly read through the following terms and conditions prior to making your purchases. By purchasing our merchandises, you are deemed to have acknowledged the following terms and conditions, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

 

PRICE

 

*** Prices displayed are in Malaysia Ringgit (“RM”)

*** For delivery outside Malaysia, payments will be converted to United States Dollar (“USD”). 

*** Clover Fashion will use the exchange rate as set by the financial institution for currency conversion and reserves the right to amend the rate where deemed necessary.

*** Pricing varies across countries and Clover Fashion reserves the full rights to set the pricing based on the countries’ market conditions, regulatory costs, taxes, tariffs, cost of facilities, wages, legal risk, market risk, size of the market, etc.

*** The delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes duties by customs and others, in the country where the order is to be delivered. Customers are responsible for such taxes and duties.

 

PRODUCTS

 

*** Product’s colours may differ due to the colour calibration of the individual's computer and it might appear darker/brighter in reality due to strong studio lighting used.

*** Measurements provided on each of the products are measured lay flat on flat surface. A difference of 0.5”-1.0” between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements will not be considered as a defect.

*** Users are advised to check on the product measurements as different designs may fit differently.

*** For printed items, please note the placement of prints will differ for every piece due to cut of fabric.

*** Items with slight imperfections such as loose thread, slight botted stains etc. which do not affect the overall appearance of the garment will not be considered as a defect.

*** Clover Fashion will not be responsible for colour drop after wash.

*** Clover Fashion will not accept exchange for zipper defect (We strictly check on all zipper conditions before delivery)

*** Clover Fashion does not offer return or refund if product is not handled as per instructed in the product details.

 

PAYMENTS

 

*** We accept payments made through online banking (Ambank, Bank Islam, CIMB clicks, Hong Leong Bank, Maybank2u, Public Bank, RHB Bank) and credit card only.

*** Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have been cleared.

*** No cash refund is offered. We only offer refund in terms of credit note.

*** Orders will be cancelled if payments are not received within the time frame given. All cancelled orders cannot be reversed.

*** Prices and delivery rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

 

BACKORDERS

 

*** Backorders may be opened for sold out items.

*** Arrival time for backorder items may differ and are usually stated under the individual items.

*** If a backorder is closed but item(s) are still available, it means there are extra item(s) and you can proceed to place an order.

*** There may be delay in backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, lack of fabric and others. In such circumstances, cancellation of backorders are not permitted.

*** Backorders may be cancelled due to insufficient quantity upon stock arrival. For this situation, a store credit will be issued accordingly. There will be strictly no cash refunds.

*** Clover Fashion will not be able to combine in-stock and backorder items to be mailed out together.

 

DELIVERIES

 

*** Clover Fashion is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately placed. Please double check your order details to ensure that the item(s), size, quantity and colour are accurate before confirming the order.

*** All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (or more during peak period and sales period) upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends, local public holidays (Malaysia) and any special holiday as announced by Clover Fashion.

*** It will usually takes 2-5 working days for your order to arrive at your doorstep.

*** Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive the parcel. Clover Fashion shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorised persons at the delivery address. Any cost for re-delivery shall be paid by customer if no one is at the delivery address at the time of delivery.

*** Please take note that if you have purchased a BACKORDER item alongside a ready stock item, we will send the ready stock item to you first.  (except international orders, in which the ready stock will be sent together once backorder item arrives) The backorder item will be sent in a separate parcel.

*** Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of the third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with the third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

*** For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.

*** Price of postage includes handling fees.

 

BOUNCED OR UNDELIVERED PARCELS

 

*** Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels.

*** Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customers. Clover Fashion will bear the cost for re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part.

*** Clover Fashion reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.

*** Any unclaimed bounced back parcels will be forfeited after 30 days grace period.

 

RETURNS

 

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK TO US WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS (MALAYSIA)/ 10 WORKING DAYS (INTERNATIONAL). SHIPPING COST TO BE BORNE BY THE BUYER.

 

Return due to item does not fit or do not like the item

 

Clover Fashion exercises a returns policy for all items except Best Buy/Sales/Discounted items/any special codes/accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items.

 

The return parcel is under the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us and Clover Fashion is not liable for any loss of return parcel.  For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we need it for reference.

 

Returns can only be made one time per order number. Any order made with return credit voucher cannot be returned for the 2nd time. If 50% and above of payment is made by cash and the remaining made by return credit voucher, then the return is acceptable for one time per order number.

 

Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Returns which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. All items are not to be soaked. If colours runs due to this reason, item(s) are strictly not returnable.

 

A processing fee of RM7 (RM10 for East Malaysia) will be charged for each return item if the initial shipping cost is borne by Clover Fashion. For buyer who paid for the initial shipping cost, no extra processing fee will be charged. East Malaysia buyer may have to pay for the postage for second time delivery.

 

We will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will email you the return credit voucher which is valid for 100 days. This will normally take between 2-4 working days.

 

Any used return credit voucher will be voided and not refundable/re-usable after 100 days.

 

All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be declined and forfeited. All returns decisions are final and further requests will be denied.

 

Return due to defect

 

For defect items, proof of defect must be verified by Clover Fashion to be eligible.

 

The following reasons listed below are not considered defects:

*** Quality not up to expectation

*** Colour variation from product photos, e.g. actual product colour appear to be darker/lighter from product photo

*** Slight design variation from product photos, e.g. print patterns and arrangements, lace arrangements, etc.

*** Slight size variation within 1cm – 3cm of measurements

*** Minor imperfections, e.g. crease marks, loose threads, slight dotted mark etc.

*** Self-inflicted damage or cut to the product

*** Buyer’s subjective opinions on product quality and preference.

*** Zipper defect (we strictly check on this condition before posting)

 

Return due to reasons above will not be considered defects and hence the return shipping cost will be borne by buyers and processing fee of RM7 (RM10 for East Malaysia) will be charged for each return item if the initial shipping cost is borne by Clover Fashion. For buyer who paid for the initial shipping cost, no extra processing fee will be charged.

 

For return due to defect and has been verified by Clover Fashion, we will reimburse the return shipping cost and initial shipping cost (if the buyer paid for the initial shipping cost) by way of credit voucher which will be valid for 100 days. We will send a brand new exact piece to buyer if the item is in stock. Change of item to another design or size is not allowed. If the item is out of stock, we will email you the return credit voucher which will be valid for 100 days.

CREDIT VOUCHER/COUPON

 

*** Credit voucher/Coupon issued can only be utilized by the account holder unless otherwise stated. The credit voucher/coupon are non-transferrable.

*** The validity period of each Credit voucher/Coupon may differ. If it is not utilized within the given timeframe, the amount will be forfeited. (unless otherwise stated)

*** If your Credit voucher was issued due to a Return, please refer to the section "Returns" for more information on its validity.

*** Credit voucher/Coupon are only valid if they are inputted during check out.

*** The value of each individual Credit voucher/Coupon has to be utilized in one transaction, any remaining amount will not be refunded.

*** Credit voucher/Coupon cannot be used for Sale Items or otherwise stated.

*** All unutilized Credit voucher/Coupon will be forfeited at the end of its validity period. Any time extension requests will not be entertained.

 

PRODUCT CARE

 

*** You are advised to hand wash all Clover Fashion apparels (individually) without soaking for the first few washes as colour transfer may occur.

*** Please iron on reverse side of the apparel. Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products. We would encourage steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron).

 

REPOST OR REUSE OF INFORMATION

 

*** Clover Fashion reserves the right to repost or reuse information referring/communicated to Clover Fashion via emails, social media channels or contests run by Clover Fashion (including #cloverfashionmalaysia, #cloverfashionmalaysiaootd, #ootdcloverfashionmalaysia hashtags on social media)

*** In the event of any dispute Clover Fashion reserves the right of final decision.

 

DISCLAMER

 

*** Clover Fashion will make a reasonable effort to ensure that shipping information, product price(s), product description(s) and other information on this site is correct. However, Clover Fashion cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information and makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Clover Fashion will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from the use of this site, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential loss or damage.

*** You agree to indemnify and hold Clover Fashion, its partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, costs or expenses of any kind, including attorney's fees and/or other fees or expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this website.
